PREAMBULE
The purpose of the www.doupando.com website (hereinafter "the SITE") is to offer Internet users a service for the purchase of personalized books for children (hereinafter "the SERVICE"). What is more, "USER" designates any person, Internet user, who browses, reads, views, uses, purchases books on the SITE, the home page of which is at the URL www. doupando.com.
The purpose of the following provisions is therefore to define the contractual rights and obligations of the company PersoLab Inc. - publisher of the site www. doupando.com - and USERS of said SITE in the context of distance selling by electronic means.
By using the SITE SERVICES, the USER unreservedly accepts these general conditions of use and sale.
ARTICLE 1 - ACCESS, NAVIGATION AND CONTACT
Access, use and purchases on the SITE are reserved for legal entities and individuals of legal age and capacity.

ARTICLE 2 - RESPONSIBILITY

The responsibility of PersoLab Inc. can not be engaged in the following cases:

PersoLab Inc. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time by posting them online.
Only the current prices indicated at the time of the order will apply.
The total amount of the order, all taxes included, is indicated before final validation.
Payment of the full amount must be made when ordering.
ARTICLE 5 - MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE
PersoLab Inc. has the right to unilaterally modify these conditions, which it is up to the USER to take note of each time he uses the SERVICES of the SITE, without having to formally notify him.

They can also be sent to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, delivery, processing and payment.
